Bedside Tables for all Budgets

With so many beautiful bedside tables out there, I’ve decided
to round-up my favourites – no matter what your budget.

1 BUDGET BEDSIDES

Let’s kick this post off with some affordable budget-friendly options. To me, anything under $200 falls within the budget category. This gorgeous Milo side table pictured above in one of Three Birds Renovations’ homes, is from Adairs and priced just under $200. The little leather handle, and thin white legs are a winner for me. It’s not bulky either, so ideal for smaller bedrooms.

Another great option that’s under $90, is Mocka’s Jesse bedside table (pictured opposite in Tarina of Oh Eight Oh Nine’s bedroom). It’s suitable for Scandi-style rooms and quite short, so best for sleek, low-to-the-floor beds.

I also love the Selje bedside from IKEA – not only is it beautifully simple in its design, it’s also pretty clever. You see, it has a wireless charger built in (pictured above), making it easy to charge your smartphone wirelessly (if your phone supports wireless charging) – all you have to do is place it on top of the charger. If your phone isn’t compatible, you can purchase IKEA’s Vitahult wireless charging cover for your phone to make it work. I know my mobile phone is always by my bedside at night – so this is great for charging your phone while you sleep. And for under $80 – it’s pretty affordable too.

2 MID-RANGE BEDSIDES

When it comes to that mid-range price bracket, West Elm leads the way. Most of their bedside tables are priced between $300-$600, and there’s a great variety of styles to choose from. West Elm’s Nouveau mirror bedside (pictured top), Penelope bedside (above left) and Roar + Rabbit geo brass inlay bedside table (above right) are just a few of my favourites.

This Devon Campaign bedside table pictured opposite, from Pottery Barn has such a classic, elegant look. I always gravitate towards these kinds of styles for my own home.

For a table with a mid-century vibe – you can’t go past the Valencia mini cabinet from Life Interiors (pictured below). It also comes in a beech finish if you prefer a lighter looking timber. I’m loving the brass legs and walnut finish.

3 HIGH-END BEDSIDES

If your budget allows it, there’s so many beautiful high-end options out there with an elegant, refined look. Online store James Said is leading the field in the glamour department – and this one of theirs above, is aptly named the Studly bedside table. It also comes in white. Also available from James Said, is the Hudson bedside designed by Greg Natale (pictured opposite). The bold black and white greek key pattern certainly makes a statement – although if you’re looking for something more subtle, there’s a white-on-white option.

But if your style is more pared-back/Scandi, there are plenty of suitable matches in the high-end price range. Grazia and Co’s Leo bedside pictured below comes in a variety of colours - and the leather strap handle is a nice touch.
