Schweppes Flemington Fling

Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival’s first ever signature drink,
the Flemington Fling is super delicious and easy to make.
With racing season upon us I thought I'd share this simple
drink to make - perfect for your Melbourne Cup events!

INGREDIENTS
45ml Vodka
Juice of half a lime (25ml)
90ml Schweppes Agrum Blood Orange
Mint

METHOD
Strip 5 mint leaves and leave a sprig for the garnish. Clap the
leaves between your hands to release the aroma of the mint.
Place the mint leaves in the glass, add vodka and fresh lime. Fill the
glass to the top with ice. Top up with Schweppes Agrum Blood Orange
and mix thoroughly. Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.

Delicious!
